Jane Hushon
Jane is the owner and co-ordinator of the Swim Devon lessons. A s a former GB International swimmer, Jane can guide the development of swimmers based upon extension knowledge and experience of the coaching process. A qualified Physical Education Teacher and University Lecturer, Jane instils a child centred approach to learning; we teach children how to swim.

Erin Morris
Erin is a founding member of the team with over twenty years of experience delivering Physical Education and in particular swimming to young children. Erin is an early years specialist with a BA(Hons) degree in Early Childhood Studies. Erin ensures that imagination and games are a key feature in our lessons.

Lydia Vanstone
Lydia is a Fitness Professional delivering a range of fitness classes at The Cranford Club. Her natural talent for teaching and sheer love of working with young children is evident when swaps the fitness studio for the pool!

Sarah Gilbody
Sarah has delivered both school swimming and Jane Hushon Swim Devon lessons for over fifteen years. Her enthusiasm doesn’t wane and her attention to detail is unrivalled. Sarah is also a qualified Teaching Assistant.

Alana Hushon
Alana is currently studying Business and Management at Exeter University and is training to Become a Swim England Qualifications Tutor. She has been an integral part of the Swimming Lessons throughout her childhood and is now able to put her experience to good use starting young swimmers on their journey. Alana is also a Mermaid and delivers birthday parties at our pools.

Daisy Holden-Morrison
Daisy has spent the past year teaching with us full time and next year will be splitting her time between her psychology degree at the University of Plymouth with her love for teaching swimming. We taught Daisy how to swim, so it is great to see her knowledge being passed on.

Ben Hushon
Ben is a qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. He swam with us until 16 years of age and it was a natural progression to being part of the teaching team. Ben is at Exeter College studying Sport & Outdoor Education.

Kathy Anzuino
Kathy is a Vet and currently studying for her PHD. Kathy was late herself learning to swim, which drives her passion for developing the skills in others. A keen open water swimmer, Kathy can be found in the sea every day of the year!

May Argyle
May is a trainee Accountant. We taught May how to swim and she has always stayed within the programme. A tri-athlete, adventurer and proficient sports woman. May has completed a Channel Relay swim and accompanied Ross Edgley on his final leg of the Great British Swim.

Jo
Jo runs Seashore Baby Massage Courses and co-ordinates our baby and pre-school programme at St Peter’s School.
